Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at pokemontradingcards.online. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

  • You received the wrong item or an incomplete order.

  • Your order was lost in transit and cannot be located by the carrier.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note, we do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Opened or used trading cards, booster packs, or sealed products.

  • “Change of mind” or buyer’s remorse.

  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable).

  • Pre-order cancellations after processing.


3. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at ptradingcardsonline@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video evidence of the damage or incorrect item (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


4. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we may require the item(s) to be shipped back to us. Return shipping instructions will be provided, and in most eligible cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.


5. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved and (if required) the returned item is received, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Fraudulent Claims

We take fraud seriously. Refund claims that appear to be dishonest or abusive may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities or payment processors.
